Gene Key 19

The Future Human Being

“In the Dream Arc System, every fear has a name, and every underworld creature represents a specific fear. The 19th Gene Key is the fear of feelings. Its symbol is the Tarantula.

For such a relatively harmless creature, the tarantula has been a favourite target of the media and cinema as a totem representing a deep human fear. This fear is the fear of being physically touched by the creatures of the underworld. The human fear of having a tarantula crawl across one’s body is especially poignant in societies that have lost touch with the wilderness experience. The process of meeting such fears is all about opening up one’s deep sensitivities to others and to all beings. The tarantula itself has very poor eyes but an incredible heightened sense of touch through its body hair. Much of this key is about the fear of nature, of sexuality and of being emotionally hurt. The more one closes down one’s feelings from others, the more powerful we allow fear to become deep within our unconscious. The tarantula represents a portal between the human realms and the other natural kingdoms, and embracing the deep fear of being physically touched by our fears can open up a deep cellular memory within us of our inherent unity with all creatures.”

I have always felt that what we fear is actually going to transcend us but how that does not happen.. also my fear of roaches and their presence in dark natural caves have always intrigued me. Hope this helps me work it out because many times the strong reaction of fear have springed back despite my being aware of the principal and working on it!

The best thing to do with fear is embrace it :), develop a new relationship with it. Whether we like it or not it generates a series of senses to tell us pay attention, something is happening. Is it mortally dangerous? Is it mine? etc. When we see no mortal danger here, we can “shake it off” and establish a balance from which we then take action. Dogs dont have the over thinking thing 🙂 they shake it off…. Our problems start when we try to judge or put meanings on the fear and make it true… The sense is real, is it true? lol, spoken from the mouth of an open spleen, post chiron 🙂

  3. At the beginning of this week, I had a dream that I was being attacked by 2 snakes. 1 being a male king cobra and the other was a female snake of some sort. The male spoke to me in my dream saying, “I am going to show you that you are divine.” and proceeded to strike me over and over again. I stood there and took every strike and what dawned on me was that their strikes weren’t hurting me, that the fear of them hurting me was the only thing that could. The message I took from the whole experience was to step directly into my fears and know wholeheartedly that fear just gives off the illusion of pain when in “reality” nothing can ever hurt the immortal or divine soul. So as I take my work out to the world, the only thing that can ever hurt is the illusion that fear can put in my mind’s eye. It was quite a dream I’d have to say but it definitely came with many lessons, this being the most prominent of all.
